After much demand to bring back the Kimono Print Selvedge we’re offering an updated edition with a new geometric “Asanoha” kimono pattern printed throughout the interior of the fabric. The fabric itself is a 12.5oz Japanese selvedge denim has a smooth surface texture for a classic look. Flip up the cuff you’ll be rewarded with a eye catching print kimono print motif. “Asanoha” is the name of the pattern itself, which is an ancient Japanese abstract design representing overlapping hemp leaves. There is a harmony in the way the navy of the print is a slightly different color than the indigo warp and contrasts with the white and red selvedge ID. A navy leather patch matches the base of the interior, and silver metallic hardware adds an elegant touch.
