But we didn’t stop there, even our hardware got a gold make over. Our proprietary buttons and rivets have been plated with 24k gold,
our classic tragic blond natural veg tanned leather patch received a gold foil embossing, and the jeans pocket bags are printed with golden cherry blossoms.
The denim itself is a classic 12.5oz denim woven from short-slub yarns giving vintage-feeling irregularities to the grain of the fabric. There is beauty in contrasts, and while the 18k gold selvedge will stay gold, the indigo will chip and fade with time and wear.
